Cox, Barbara E. age 72 of Plymouth, formerly Maple Plain died June 20, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred Sr. and Margaret Cox; sister-in-law, Donna Cox; nephews, Rodney and Danny Cox and great-niece Rebecca Winkler. Survived by brothers, Bill Cox (Barbara) and Charles Cox; sister, Lois Pool; many nieces and nephews as well as other loving relatives and friends. Barbara was a phy-ed teacher for 35 years in the Bloomington School District. Her life will be celebrated at a memorial service 11 AM Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Westview SDA Church, 4151 Leslee Curve at Hwy 7, Excelsior. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Another Maple Plain kid, so I knew Barb from grade school. I remember her as being a strong person, very much in charge of her own life. As I look back at some of my classmates, I realize how much I missed by not getting to know them better.
